Refund policy

Since each Castel Branco piece is handmade exclusively for you, we guarantee the exceptional quality of our artisans' work. If your piece does not fully meet your expectations, we offer a simple return process.

14-Day Window
You may request a return within 14 days from the date your piece was delivered to your door.

Condition of the Piece
To be eligible for a return, your piece must be completely unused, unaltered, and in exactly the same condition as when you received it, kept in its original packaging and protective dust bag. Pieces showing signs of use will not be accepted for return.

Simply contact our support team at contact@castelbranco.com with your order details. We will guide you through the secure return shipping steps.

Return Process
Once we receive and inspect your piece, we will notify you by email of the approval (or rejection) of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for pieces lost during return shipping.

Manufacturing Defects
If your piece has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of receipt, with photographs of the issue, at contact@castelbranco.com. In these cases, we offer a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges
If you'd like a different model, color, or size, please request a return of the original piece and place a new order.
